DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
RESPONSIBLE IN FILING SYSTEM OF GATEWAY PLUS BUSINESS CENTER AND OBSERVE OFFICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM; CONDUCTS AN INITIAL EVALUATION AND ACCREDITATION OF THE SERVICE PROVIDERS; COORDINATE AND UPDATE INFORMATION OF THE GATEWAY PLUS BUSINESS CENTER SERVICE; ASSISTS IN THE PREPARATION OF MARKETING MATERIALS; RESPONSIBLE IN COLLATING SERVICE PROVIDERS INFORMATION SUCH AS UPDATED SERVICES, QUOTATIONS AND MARKETING RESEARCH; PREPARES AND DEVELOPS MARKETING PLANS FOR GATEWAY PLUS BUSINESS CENTER; CONDUCTS BRIEFING TO POTENTIAL SERVICE PROVIDERS; WORK WITH THE SUPERIOR AND DISSEMINATE DOCUMENTS FOR ACTION AND EVALUATION; RESPONDS TO CUSTOMER CALLS, CONCERN AND INQUIRIES; ORIGINATES CORRESPONDENCE, DOCUMENTATIONS AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS FOR THE GATEWAY PLUS BUSINESS CENTER; ALERTS SUPERIORS AND STAFF MEMBERS TO POTENTIAL PROBLEMS REQUIRING HIGHER LEVEL OF ATTENTION; PERFORMS OTHER RELATED DUTIES AND UNDERTAKE SPECIAL PROJECTS AS MAY BE ASSIGNED FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE MANAGEMENT.

MUST HAVE A COLLEGE DEGREE;
WITH EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL SKILLS;
CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED; COMPUTER LITERATE.
