Male or Female, Not more than 40 years old;
Must be a bachelor’s degree in Die tics,
Food & Nutrition, Hotel & Restaurant Management;
Must have Background in hot and cold food preparation;
Reasonable knowledge in following aspects:
Kitchen Design, Kitchen Quality Maintenance
and Food Costing; Minimum of five (5) years full
time experience in food preparation and distribution,
techniques used if food service operations
