MUST HAVE ATTENDED CONTINUING TRAINING ON HR MANAGEMENT TRENDS AND CURRENT PRACTICES; WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS;
AT LEAST THREE (3) YEARS WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE.
