COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY IN
AN AVIATION MAINTENANCE AND ENGINEERING AND/OR IT INDUSTRY;
EXCELLENT ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS;
ABLE TO WRITE CORRESPONDENCE ON A TECHNICAL NATURE;
ABILITY TO EFFECTIVELY PRESENT INFORMATION IN ONE-ON-ONE
AND SMALL GROUP SITUATIONS TO CUSTOMERS, CLIENTS,
AND OTHER EMPLOYEES OF THE ORGANIZATION; EXCELLENT COMPUTER
SKILLS SUCH AS WORD PROCESSING,
GRAPHICS EDITING, FLOW CHARTING, ETC.; PROFICIENT IN
SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS NECESSARY IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND
AUTHORING OF TECHNICAL PUBLICATIONS; PREFERABLY
KNOWLEDGEABLE IN CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS (SUCH AS FAA, CAAP)
AND IN AVIATION TECHNICAL PUBLICATIONS AND DATA.
