Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Nursing (license preferred but not required)
Must have excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
Applicants are required to take the Jobstreet English Language Assessment (ELA) test.
Must be attentive to detail, goal-oriented, team-player, and flexible.
Outsourcing, customer service, call center, or telemarketing operations experience preferred, but not required.
Prior experience in health and/or patient education preferred, but not required.
