* HR Supervisor (Employee Relations) *

Applicants must be willing to work in Subic Bay Freeport Zone;
Female; Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human
Resource Management, Psychology, Political Science or any related course;
At least one (1) to two (2) years supervisory experience in HRD specializing in
Employee Relations is required for this position;
Experience in a Manufacturing company is an advantage;
Must be knowledgeable with principles and procedures concerning labor relations and negotiations;
Must be good in resolving internal issues, grievances and labor disputes;
Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational skills and can practice
high level of confidentiality.
