DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:

Planning and organizing accommodation, catering and other hotel services;
Promoting and marketing the hotel, coordinate and
monitor the progress of business strategies;
Supervising maintenance, security and ensuring compliance
with statutory requirements,health and safety;
Monitor cost control, develop and implement yearly operating budget, including setting
room rates, occupancy forecasts, revenue and expense projections;
Manage budgets and financial plans; Oversee housekeeping services and maintain
operational efficiency; Other tasks related to the required field

Qualifications:

Male/Female; Pleasing personality; 25 - 40 years old; Result oriented, flexible,
attention to detail, can work with minimum supervision and can efficiently
work under pressure; Graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, BS
Business Administration and other related field; Exceptional communication
skills; Knowledgeable in a hospitality industry; One (1) to two (2) years
experience in a related field.
