DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
Supervise work units concerning the
performance of their job functions and completion
of task assignments in accordance with prescribed
standards, In the process providing motivational
approaches, training and development, coaching
and counseling; Ensure all regulatory requirements
pertaining to waste disposal, emissions, facility
permits and codes are met and file with the appropriate
Local Government agencies; Ensure equipment
reliability through effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Male; Not more than 40 years old; Graduate
of BS Mechanical/Electrical/Civil
Engineering - LICENSED; At least five (5) years
related work experience in
Engineering & Maintenance on a Supervisory capacity,
Related work experience in Hospitality Industry is advantage.
