MUST HAVE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
(KNOWLEDGE IN ORIENTAL FOODS IS AN ADVANTAGE) –
RESPONSIBLE FOR PULLING OUT STOCK FROM THE STOREROOM;
PULLS OUT STOCKS FROM THE MAIN CHILLER AND / OR FREEZES;
RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPARING INGREDIENTS SUCH AS
RAW VEGETABLES AND MEAT AND OTHER CONDIMENTS;
ASSISTS THE FIRST COOK / COOK 1 DURING THE OPERATION TIME;
ASSISTS DURING BUFFET SERVICE – RUNNER;
REPORTS SPOILAGES OR OUT OF STOCK IF ENCOUNTERED ANY;
PREPARES THE AREA FOR OPERATION, IF OPENER;
SECURES AND CLEANS EQUIPMENTS, UTENSILS AND AREA OF
RESPONSIBILITY, IF CLOSER;
HELPS MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS OF THE WORKING AREA.
WILLING TO UNDERGO TRAINING AND RENDER OVERTIME.
