INDUSTRIAL PSYCHOLOGY OR RELATED DISCIPLINE;
MEANINGFUL FIFTEEN (15) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OF
A FULL SPECTRUM IN HUMAN RESOURES MANAGEMENT;
HR GENERALIST EXPERIENCE IN OTHER HR COMPETENCIES AND FUNCTIONAL AREAS INCLUDING RECRUITMENT, EMPLOYEE AND LABOR RELATIONS, AS WELL AS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT;
ABILITY TO PROVIDED SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTION IN THE CREATION OF HR STRATEGIES BY MAINTAINING UPDATES OF MANPOWER PLAN AND OTHER RELATED MONTHLY AND WEEKLY REPORTS;
PROVEN PROFESSIONAL MATURITY, INTEGRITY, LEADERSHIP ABILITY AND ENERGY TO THRIVE IN AN ENVIRONMENT WITH CONSTANTLY CHANGING PRIORITIES;
EXCELLENT, ORGANIZATIONAL, COLLABORATION,
INTERPERSONAL, VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION;
ANALYTICAL, INTUITIVE, DYNAMIC AND TEAM PLAYER;
EXCELLENT WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF MS APPLICATION (WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT);
ABILITY TO ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND IN-SERVICE MEETING;
AT LEAST FIVE (5) YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE IN THE RELATED FIELD IS REQUIRED;
