CAN EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH,
BOTH ORAL AND WRITTEN;
NEWLY GRADUATES FROM REPUTABLE ENGINEERING
UNIVERSITIES WITH ABOVE AVERAGE SCHOLASTIC
