with control food and labor
cost, demonstration cooking, menu
development and pricing; Physically fit;
Flexible; Must have a bachelor's degree
or related culinary degree with eight or
more years of industry and
culinary management experience;
Can work on a shifting schedule;
Good communication skills;
Able to work under pressure and stay calm
in difficult situations.
