  • Deal with all Inquiries politely. courteously, professionally & assertively.
  • Engage in a professional yet friendly conversation in order to build rapport.
  • Match customers' needs to Clients' products and services.
  • Provide the best solution possible in order to settle dispute andlor problems.
  • Adhere to agreed processes, meet required work standards, targets and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Preferably with call center background.
  • Must be willing to work on rotating shift schedules.
  • Fresh Graduates/Entry Level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong Customer Service Orientation.
  • Good to excellent communication skills (English).
  • Positive, driven, and should be a team-player.
  • Passionate, energetic and enthusiastic.
