Responsibilities:
- Deal with all Inquiries politely. courteously, professionally & assertively.
- Engage in a professional yet friendly conversation in order to build rapport.
- Match customers' needs to Clients' products and services.
- Provide the best solution possible in order to settle dispute andlor problems.
- Adhere to agreed processes, meet required work standards, targets and objectives.
Requirements:
- Preferably with call center background.
- Must be willing to work on rotating shift schedules.
- Fresh Graduates/Entry Level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Strong Customer Service Orientation.
- Good to excellent communication skills (English).
