PLAN MITIGATION AND COORDINATE JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS;
ABLE TO COORDINATE WITH DESIGNERS REGARDING
CONSTRUCTION ISSUES ON SPACE MANAGEMENT,
LAYOUT, FINISHES, METHODOLOGY, ETC.;
ABLE TO IMPLEMENT, IMPOSE AND MONITOR PROJECT
SCHEDULES AND STANDARDS; ABLE TO ASSESS AND
DETAIL THE JOB SCOPE / STEPS, IDENTIFY SPARE PARTS,
MANPOWER AND EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS AND ESTIMATE DURATION COSTS;
CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS AT LEAST A BACHELOR’S
DEGREE IN BS INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING COURSE OR ITS EQUIVALENT;
AT LEAST THREE (3) TO FIVE (5) YEARS OF SOLID
WORKING EXPERIENCE IN BOTH STRUCTURAL AND
ARCHITECTURAL WORKS (MEDIUM TO HIGH RISE CONSTRUCTION IS ADDED ADVANTAGE).
