MALE / FEMALE; NOT MORE THAN 35 YEARS OLD;
KNOWLEDGEABLE IN MENU PLANNING, COSTING AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT;
MUST POSSESS AT LEAST A BACHELOR’S DEGREE
IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT / FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES OR ITS EQUIVALENT;
PREFERABLY WITH DIPLOMA IN ORIENTAL AND /
OR WESTERN CULINARY COURSE OR ITS EQUIVALENT;
MINIMUM OF THREE (3) TO FIVE (5) YEARS OF
CULINARY EXPERIENCE SPECIALIZING IN BOTH ORIENTAL
AND WESTERN CUISINE, PREFERABLY IN A SUPERVISORY
OR MANAGERIAL ROLE WITH SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF
LEADING THE KITCHEN OPERATIONS;
SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BANQUETING AND FUNCTIONS
AND IN THE PREPARATION OF COLD BUFFETS.
