COMPLIES WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING
FOOD PREPARATION AND INSTITUTIONS; HANDLES
STRESSFUL SITUATIONS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER,
INCLUDING ANGRY OR DIFFICULT CUSTOMERS;
ESTABLISHES AND MAINTAINS EFFECTIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS;
PREPARES QUANTITIES OF FOOD REQUIRED WITH
