COSTING AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT;
MUST POSSESS AT LEAST A BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN
FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES MANAGEMENT,
HOSPITALITY / TOURISM / HOTEL MANAGEMENT
OR ITS EQUIVALENT;
PREFERABLY WITH DIPLOMA IN ORIENTAL AND /
OR WESTERN CULINARY COURSE OR ITS EQUIVALENT;
MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) YEARS OF CULINARY EXPERIENCE
SPECIALIZING IN BOTH ORIENTAL AND WESTERN CUISINE,
PREFERABLY IN A SUPERVISORY OR MANAGERIAL ROLE
WITH SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF LEADING KITCHEN OPERATIONS;
SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BANQUETING AND FUNCTIONS
AND IN THE PREPARATION OF COLD BUFFETS.
