ABLE TO COORDINATE WITH DESIGNERS REGARDING
CONSTRUCTION ISSUES ON SPACE MANAGEMENT, LAYOUT,
FINISHES, METHODOLOGY, ETC.;
AT LEAST THREE (3) TO FIVE (5) YEARS OF SOLID
WORKING EXPERIENCE IN BOTH STRUCTURAL AND
ARCHITECTURAL WORKS(MEDIUM TO HIGH RISE
CONSTRUCTION IS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE).
ABLE TO IMPLEMENT, IMPOSE, MONITOR PROJECT
SCHEDULES AND STANDARDS; ABLE TO ASSESS AND
DETAIL THE JOB SCOPE / STEPS, IDENTIFY SPARE PARTS,
MANPOWER AND EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS AND ESTIMATE DURATION COSTS;
ABLE TO READ COMPLEX DRAWINGS, UNDERSTAND
SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTATIONS
AND IDENTIFY THE RISK INVOLVED IN EACH JOB,
PLAN MITIGATION AND COORDINATE JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS.
